Project management of a 3600 m2 residential building constructed in a Cost plus Contract business model. We acted as the representatives of the 8 owners executing a variety of activities such as:

• Cash flow management
• Elaboration of monthly financial reports
• Hosting and leading owner´s meetings
• Coordination between all the professionals
• Coordination on the obtention process of construction and other permits
• Identifying suppliers, requesting quotations and evaluating and advising on the selection of suppliers and subcontractors
