Project management and construction overseeing of the 349 m2 Embassy of Hungary in Ecuador. We acted as a liaison and local representative of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign affairs for a variety of activities such as:

• Verifying the feasibility of the proposed project in the Ecuadorian market
• Management and advising on the bidding and construction processes
• Identifying potential contractors and subcontractors
• Liaison between the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign affairs and local contractor, building owners and suppliers.
• Advising on finishes and availability of security and IT material on the local market
• Construction progress overseeing
